11/17/1974 Nick Fotiu scores his 1st WHA goal vs Michigan. 
2/8/1975 Nick Fotiu sets the Whalers (WHA) record for penalty minutes in a game with 27 vs Vancouver. 
4/15/1975 Nick Fotiu scores his 1st two WHA playoff goals vs Minnesota. 
1/4/1976 Whalers, Racers, and Racers fans participate in a bench clearing brawl vs Indianapolis. Equipment manger Skip Cunningham and Nick Fotiu receive game misconducts (as well as Racers coach Jacques Demers and Ted Scharf).
